Step into Pepys House this Halloween for an hour of spooky stories, curious tales and a little Halloween mischief with storyteller Chip.
Set within the historic surroundings of Pepys House, this small and intimate storytelling session is designed for children and their families, with plenty of imagination, interaction and stories to get everyone into the Halloween spirit.
Spaces are limited, advance booking is essential.

Beginning at Pepys House, we'll head out together on foot towards the church and churchyard, with Chip sharing Halloween tales and local stories along the way, before making our way back towards Pepys House.
Expect stories, history, atmosphere and a few darker tales as we explore after sunset.
The walk is aimed at teenagers and adults and will finish at approximately 6.30pm, leaving plenty of time for trick-or-treating and Halloween parties afterwards.
Please dress warmly and wear suitable footwear. The event takes place outdoors and will involve walking in the dark, including through/around the churchyard.
